This company is outstanding! The customer service department was so helpful in getting the right machine and adaptor for my elderly father. They understood the challenges when dealing with hearing impaired elderly individuals. The machine we ordered arrived quickly, assembly was just as easy as we were told, and even given a website to watch a video on set up. I cannot say enough about them - buy from them and you will not be disappointed.
