shipping was fast, unit larger than I thought it would be however all parts fit in at once. 5 minutes and done. don't really know how well it works because I have no way to determine it's effectiveness. first few times a slight odor, none since. only fault I found was no shut off switch when not in use. I have to leave drawer open slightly to turn off lights. Company says their next model will have a turn off switch...that's fine for people who get the next model what about me? a little pricey but cheaper than the SoClean model.
