This was my first time using Flamingo Prints and I was impressed with the quick turnaround and the excellent customer service letting me know when my prints were prepared and dispatched. I had an issue uploading my prints via the website (the issue was with my ipad, not the site) and so contacted the company and was able to send them via email. My only negative would be that I would prefer the instruction booklets to have each individual page as A4 so that photos and size tables are bigger however for the price and great customer service, this will certainly not prevent me ordering again.

This was the first lot of patterns I have sent for printing and I'm not disappointed! So much easier than printing out and sticking together! Delivery was also prompt, arriving 5 days after ordering (including a weekend). Very happy indeed.

I have used this service via Facebook for a couple of years and found it to be the best price and easiest to upload files. This is my first time with the new website and I'm delighted they've expanded their offer to stitching A4 patterns and full size tracing paper. I'd gone right off buying pdf sewing patterns until this service was recommended on a FB sewing group and I've never liked back. Superb service, great quality, fast turnaround.
