Wish I'd seen this first

Well . wish I'd seen this before my order. Ordered 5th March, claimed couldn't understand why delivery company hadn't received the item. Weeks of infrequent emails later and apparently they've redispached but the tracking number doesn't work. Not holding out hope and going to credit card company and PayPal for a hopeful refund.

Avoid like the plague

Avoid like the plague! Terrible products and even worse customer service. Had to obtain a refund by contacting my bank.

Ordered 1st march still not arrived…

Ordered 1st march still not arrived even though I've contacted companpy several times and they keep telling me its dispatched. I asked to cancel order apparently couldn't do that as dispatched but offered 15% off something I didn't have so I didn't except. I have now opened a case through paypal and hoping I will get my money back. People can't afford to just throw £44 down the drain this company deserves to go out of business and I don't say that lightly

A disgraceful company

A disgraceful company. The product arrived faulty. Asked for a refund or replacement. Replacement not offered. Advised I had to send the damaged product back to Germany at own cost despite it not being fit for purpose. I have a heart condition and am high risk. I offered other suggestions for returning but they refused and insisted I put my life at risk to return a clearly damaged product. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND AM REPORTING THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS

Awful quality, only a partial refund

I purchased a pro chair mat for carpet floors which was detailed as crack resistant. Within 2 months it had cracked and a month later was close to falling apart. As with other reviewers the company offered a 16% refund, then a 23% one but would only provide a full refund if I sent the item to Germany and paid for the delivery cost myself. I eventually accepted the refund and am now going through the credit card dispute process and will also raise this with Trading Standards. Also, I wrote a review on their website but this never made it on to the website. Don't trust the reviews they post on there!!!

I wish I could give this company ZERO…

I wish I could give this company ZERO stars. People please, I beg of you, pay attention to what I and many others are writing. This company is a SCAM. I bought what was meant to be a vey expensive floor mat, within 2 weeks it had cracked and fallen apart. When I contacted them to return it they wouldn't let me return it to the mystery London address but insisted I return it to the German address. This of course would be a waste of time as it costs more than the mat itself to post it back to Germany and they insist they you foot the bill for postage and this is what the company relies on. I reported them to my credit card company who did give me my money back but at their own expense. Don't be fooled by the fancy website. Steer well clear of this fraudulent company. I have followed te advice of Brian Crone whose review is a few below mine and reported them to the necessary authorities hoping they will do something about this.

I plced my order on 9th March and still…

I plced my order on 9th March and still waiting for the item. Person from customer service is claiming that he is chasing parcelforce but gives me no updates. I asked today to cancel the purchase as i am not willing to wait any longer. I can now see that i am not the only one struggling.

Low quality product, no refunds.

Do not buy from this company. The mat will crack, and you will be asked to ship the product back to Germany at your own cost. It is obviously a ploy so that you "just leave it" and be out of pocket. Avoid avoid avoid!

Like many others here I have been conned

Like many others here I have been conned by this company. I bought two mats and after chasing several time they eventually arrived (lost in transit apparently). 3 weeks later and the mat has split in several places and is on the verge of being useless already. They are responding to emails but after the derisory 16% refund offered was refused they say my only option is to return to Germany for a refund and that they won't pay for the return postage. I will be following the advice of the reviewer below me and reporting them to all the authorities in the hope others don't have to suffer the same fate. BTW - The packing for the delivery was awful, I wonder if that's done on purpose so they get lost and they can claim from the carriers insurance in order to try and offload the product that is obviously not fit for purpose.
