Do not order from this company. "Crack resistant" floor mat cracked after a few weeks - they refused to refund - letter sent to their offices returned "Company not known". I have held off writing a negative review as I believe that everyone has a chance to put a mistake right. More fool me. I now have no recourse as they don't reply to emails, dont answer the phone and have no offices. Don't end up out of pocket like me. Avoid them at all costs.

STAY AWAY - Violation of Consumer Rights & Poor Customer Service
I ordered at the start of April 2020. I expected a few days delay, maybe a week. What I got was over 30 days from order to dispatch. In the meantime I tried to cancel the order, however they claim that they cannot as it had been dispatched. The tracking number showed no movement and the parcel company confirmed they hadn't received the parcel. Once I challenged the company on this, they stated they couldn't cancel as it's in the queue for dispatch - they had purposefully misdirected me. Now it has arrived, roughly 2 months later they want it returning to Germany for a refund. I have contacted my bank for a chargeback and have logged a case with Trading Standards. I advise anyone to stay away and shop elsewhere.
This firm is a complete sham
This firm is a complete sham. I ordered the PRO Transparent chair mat on Friday 15th. I checked reviews on a few review websites over the weekend, I called on Monday over 10 times to cancel the order, no one answered and emailed at least 15 times as the reviews on their website are fake. I received one response. I cant cancel as been order has been processed so I asked for a tracking number. The email also stated just refuse package and they will refund once returned to warehouse. I don't trust them on that. Raised this with Pay Pal. Do not use the company
Scam - Avoid at all cost!
I placed an order 12 days ago with the promise to have it delivered in 7-8 working days. I'm still waiting. I Tried to contact the company via email and got no response even though the message on their telephone states that they will respond withing 4 working hours. I also tried to call them but I'm put in a queue and the call doesn't get picked up. After 5 minutes on hold the answering machine just hangs up the call and asks you to call again later. The only thing that worked so far with this company was the debit on my credit card. I should have read the reviews before placing my order, something I will surely do from now on with any company I place an order online. Also, never trust a company that doesn't respond to their clients complaints on Trustpilot, as surely this sort of company just don't care about their clients. Lesson learned, now I'll try and get my company back from this scam company.
Terrible - Avoid at all costs
I have noticed from reading the recent reviews a pattern of behaviour with this company. I bought a hard mat to protect the carpet from my office chair. The mat is supposedly designed for carpets. The mat is completely broken, shattering into lots of pieces after less that 10 weeks use. After complaining I was told it was outside the 30 days for return but i pointed out that no product should only last 10 weeks and as such I wanted a refund / replacement due to a n obvious quality defect. The company have been awful with a lack of engagement throughout. As requested I measured my carpet, took photos etc and over 5 weeks on i still await an answer.

I don't understand how they made it to three stars based on what I have experienced. Poor CS, poor communication and after chasing them for 3 weeks about a simple order of just two anti-vibe mats, they have been blaming Parcel Force for the delay. Today they have refunded saying PF cannot locate the parcel. Well, I firmly believe they won't locate something they do not have. I think they are just deflecting the blame, rather than hole their own hands up which is appalling business. I hope PF refuse their business. to top it off, they kept responding with, please understand during these times! I am, hence I am allowing you three weeks to deliver a parcel....good job you don't work with perishable items.

Bought 2 of these mats and one cracked after 4 weeks.It was obviously a defect product as the other is still fine. They told me it was only guaranteed for 30 days.After several weeks of emails and calls along with photos they then offered me a 30% refund. I rejected this and eventually they said that they would refund me in full. The mat eventually splintered so I have now reported them to trading standards for a dangerous product! Now a month later I have still not been refunded. They do not answer my emails and if I call I am but on hold with no one answering. They are crooks stay away! If you have been unfortunate to have made a purchase from them you can request a refund. Contact your bank and request a charge back this can be done if you paid with a debit or credit card. Visa or other card company will then go after them for the money on your behalf.Good luck they must not be allowed to get away with this!

Expensive but poor quality
Bought a fairly expensive polycarbonate floor mat for use on carpet in our study. It was described as high-lifetime polycarbonate, crack-, curl-, break-, scratch- and yellow-resistant. The mat started to crack within a few weeks of purchase and totally disintegrated within 4 months of purchase. Complete waste of money. The company only offers refunds or replacements within 30 days of purchase!

The worst service I have every experienced! Ordered a mat at the beginning of April, on ordering we realised we would like the customised mat from the same company. Sent an email immediately asking to cancel and heard nothing back. Called up the next morning first thing and spoke with Serda, to say she was hopeless was an understatement. It sounded like she was eating breakfast with little or no interest in looking into this. She then said it cant be cancelled as it had been dispatched. She then changed her story to say she had spoken to the warehouse team to ask them to cancel it. Needless to say 6 weeks later it turns up!. At the same time we ordered a custom mat from Mats Nationwide and that was delivered in 5 days and it was custom. I suggest if you see this review DO NOT PURCHASE FROM FLOOR MATS UK.
