AVOID AT ALL COSTS if there's any doubt you may have a problem with the product.

Ordered 2 quality floor mats for carpet. Slight delay in receipt (initially courier lost the mats), but when they arrived they looked great. And worked well for a few weeks, before a crack started appearing in one. Within 11 weeks one mat is completely unusuable with sharp cracks all over, and the other mat is also now starting to crack. Customer service gave me the usual '30 day period is up' reply so I opened a claim with Paypal. Suddenly I was offered a small discount (no thanks - unfit for purpose so payment in full please), increased the discount offerered (still nope from me), offered larger amount through Paypal which I also rejected - I want payment in full for unfit for purpose product. I have now sent a statutory Consumer Rights Act 2015 claim for response within 14 days and if that doesn't work, I'm going to involve the ombudsman and Trading Standards. I loathe companies with customer service like this who don't produce products fit for service or have the decency to deal with complaints fairly.

Customer service is horrendous

Customer service is horrendous. Received the wrong size floor mat. I ordered 120x300 and received 120x130. I still cannot return it as the address provided was wrong they do not want to refund me just offered me to pay for the delivered mat with discount. Very hard to work with.

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service, avoid them if, at all possible, they've delivered the wrong colour mat and now that don't respond to emails/ phone calls to resolve it. This has been an ongoing issue for over a month, have requested a refund but can't get hold of them to confirm it.

Dreadful products and zero customer care

I purchased 2 Chair Mats for Carpet Floors in September and shortly after arrival one of them split and started to disintegrate. I contacted the company and after much negotiation, they agreed to replace the mat. It wasn't long after this replacement arrived that it too, started to shatter and fall apart. Again I contacted the company and received this - 'We are sorry to hear that the delivered good is not usable for you. If you decide to keep the item despite the issue with a discount, we can offer discount to 23% to avoid further expenses for you.' I went back to them and asked why on earth would I wish to keep a product that was not fit for purpose at a discounted price and what did they mean by 'to avoid further expenses for you.'? The company then decided to refund my money. Shortly after this, the second mat failed and broke into pieces, so again I went through the process of contacting Floor Mats UK, only to be told that - 'Please not that our return period for this particular item is 30 days. As your order has surpassed the return period time frame, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a return or refund on this occasion.' Following more contact to show my total displeasure with the product, I received this gesture - 'As I have tried to explain our return period for this particular item is 30 days. I am more than happy to offer you 15% discount as a gesture of goodwill.' I again pointed out that a product of this nature should last at least one year to afford any protection. I was then offered 20% discount as a final offer. Luckily, I had purchased these goods through PayPal and decided to test their arbitration skills. Needless to say, Floor Mats UK declined to defend their position on the subject and I received my money back. The upshot of all of this is that I am now left with 3 shattered mats that I've got to take to the dump...thanks Floor Mats UK for your total lack of customer care and your even worse products!

Avoid this Company.

Terrible customer service, and poor quality product. Don't buy from this company. Purchased a polycarbonate Chair Mat in October. Lasted two months then broke in two places. Company refused to refund or even replace. AVOID them.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company. I ordered a bespoke made to measure mat. Length 142 cm and it came and measures 145 cm. It doesn’t fit in the gap so we will have to cut the border off of a £130 mat. Customer services absolutely useless and say they can have an error of + or -5%. That means they can send a 142 cm mat that measures 149 cm. ridiculous it wouldn’t be so bad if it’s a bit smaller than the gap!! Don’t use them it’s better to buy a mat and cut it yourself. It can’t be made to measure I mean how difficult is it to measure 142 cm.

Goods not received nearly two weeks…

Goods not received nearly two weeks later despite saying dispatched within 2 days. Emailed company twice and no response. Wish I had read the reviews before hand.

Poor customer service and not a great product.

Despite appearing a UK company the mat was dispatched (poorly packaged) from Germany. Within 3 weeks it had started to crack and, my mistake, I didnt contact them until the cracks were becoming unusable & was then their return policy was only 30 days. Poor customer service and not a great product.

A total SCAM outfit

A total scam "ghost" trading company with disgraceful customer service and shambolic "rules" for faulty items. Email signatures appear to be made-up staff names and the telephone does not work. We will never specify anything from this company ever again.

Customer Service terrible - Rouge Traders

Customer Service terrible must’ve called 20 times never had a response just get an email from them saying they will chase the Currier wish I would have read the reviews before I place my order and paid the money, Now got to try and get a refund. Google need to strike them off so they are unable to continue trading. I seem to have received the reply that everyone does.
