Order still not received after nearly 3 weeks (Expected max of 10 days) , call centre not answering calls, now using PAYPAL resolution centre to get refund

I wish I had seen these negative…

I wish I had seen these negative reviews before purchasing a floor mat from them. My first order never arrived and they sent out a replacement order eventually. I then wanted to return this order but it had to be sent back to Germany costing about £80. According to the tracking service they haven’t collected the return item from the depot. They’re ignoring all my emails and weeks later I’ve still not received my refund.

Worst customer service - avoid!

Like others, I was fooled by the positive reviews on the company’s website, and hadn’t checked Trust Pilot before ordering. Despite their apparent commitment to customer service, my £60 mat broke within days and they’ve ignored all 3 emails I’ve sent them about this. When I try to call them, I’m left on hold for a long time until eventually you’re asked to email them instead and the call ends automatically. Avoid this company!

Poor quality product and very poor customer service.

The floor mat broke up within days, not fit for purpose. Company does not answer the phone, emails or reply using their "contact" page. Do not order from this company.

Avoid using (June 2021) until service greatly improves

Unfortunately a bad experience. I wasted time ordering, chasing, taking out a paypal claim (refunded). The service only delayed getting a resolution. Hope they can improve greatly.

Cracked Mats, terrible service

Miserable company with terrible after service and cracked floor mats after just a few weeks. £100 down, insistent on return back to Germany. First order never arrived, second order too a long time to arrive from Germany, as not a UK company. Avoid at all costs.

£100 Mat Cracked in days

Like other reviews I had only discovered too late, I ordered the best-quality poly-carbonate mat and it developed through-and through cracks within a week. There was no offer of replacement or any type of guarantee. I was also offered 16% refund, but I kept pushing and they incrementally increased the refund (which I have now received). There are 257 reviews on their website for this product @ 5 stars... lesson learned to check Trustpilot first!

Company acting in bad faith

Much like the other bad reviews here, I ordered a polycarbonate floormat which cracked within a couple of weeks. After contacting their support email, I was offered a ridiculous 16% discount on a new mat, and then told that if I wanted a refund I would need to send the mat back to an address in Germany (at my cost, which is clearly against the Consumer Rights Act 2015). I would highly recommend avoiding them!
