Avoid Ordered an item on amazon at beginning of March, it didn't arrive so contacted company to request a refund to be told they have to have the item returned to them before issuing a refund and investigate... money has come out of my account for nothing and I'm still having to wait. Don't order! *update* got in touch with Amazon and Amazon have given me my money back- Thanks Amazon.

REALLY DISAPPOINTED. Ordered three orders. First one fine second one fine (sent to my address) took longer than it should have but received it eventually. Third one (to same address) didn’t receive (no one tried to deliver) said would be delivered waited but then tracking changed to returning to sender? Why when u hadn’t tried to deliver it at all. Normally return to sender after a few time trying to deliver. This was a birthday present. Upset girl and not happy at all with what’s happened. Won’t be ordering again from here and I advise people not to.

Estimated 7 working days delivery, but, your package wont even be dispatched by then! Awful service, lies about delivery and the customer service team couldn't care less. Avoid these scammy tat merchants at all costs. Wouldn't have bothered ordering if I knew how inept they would be.

Received my purchases today.very pleased with items I purchased.most were in the sale and well worth it although some things were a little smaller than I was lead to believe but that was my fault for not reading description properly! Glad I found this site and would definitely purchase from them again.

Bought a bunch of things in their sale including some door numbers. The paint has come of the enamel sign so it doesn't look quite nice enough to put up but I guess that's what you get for a pound. Other items were good and cheap. Cute little things that you can't find other places. Dispatch a little slow but with Brexit and Christmas and the pandemic, I can't really complain.

Le site internet Rex London a confirmé ma commande le 15 novembre 2020. Il m'a ensuite envoyé un mail pour m'informer que mon colis avait été envoyé. Je l'ai reçu une semaine après avoir passé commande. Il était très bien emballé et tous les articles étaient présents. Je ne suis pas sûre de la qualité des produits, mais je pense qu'il y a un bon rapport qualité-prix. Je n'hésiterai pas à commander à nouveau.
