I spent over 300.00 ordering my labels for my company and paid to have express , but to my surprise today I received another companies labels and this caused me to miss my deadline now. In addition I tried calling 10 times and it keeps you on hold for 5 mins then says email them, but the card included says sent 3 emails saying it’s urgent but no response . So I go to look up the store labels I received and noticed it’s a fake store on Shopify that just opened and you can’t reach them either. This company is a complete scam and I want the world to be warned not to be scammed by them. I believe they intentionally know what they are doing and it’s sad we are the victims of a money grab. I still have no labels and now it’s too late to order somewhere else. I’m pissed!

Worst service ever. First time I used them & certainly the last. Placed my order on 10/18. Was supposed to deliver to my screenprinter by 11/8. 11/8 rolls around & the screen printer has not received. I contacted this company & was told it was returned by USPS. NO ONE NOTIFIED ME UNTIL I CONTACTED FOR STATUS! They said they tried to call, but no one emailed me. Then they proceeded to let me know how it was MY FAULT (when it was not as the address was correct). I never mentioned that it was their fault. The only fault was theirs in not letting me know the order had been returned. I will never use this company again. Horrible service.

I ordered black washlabels but received white labels. A big mistake that I can’t change because of time pressure
