Bought a bike earlier this year which developed a fault (through no fault of the shop). Jon and his team were great, taking the bike in a couple of times to diagnose the fault. When the rear wheel was found to be the issue, Jon swapped the wheels out to save me having to make further visits while the shop pursued a warranty claim with manufacturer.

I have been using bike shops on and off for 50 years, I bought a bike from Jon at Fred’s last week and I’ve got to say it was the best experience I’ve had purchasing a bike, Jon and his staff are so knowledgeable about their products and so helpful I would recommend them to any cyclist of any level.
