Ordered the wrong size and returned these outside the 14 days for an exchange, being conscious my size may sell online I called and was told the size was put to one side and make sure I send recorded special delivery. Paid extra postage to return my goods and then get told they sold them and they can send another size which was again not the right size. Try calling and can't ever get through to anyone! Can’t fulfill orders and staff are liars! Shockingly bad customer service and still waiting on confirmation of my refund.
