We recently had a delivery of heating oil based on being very competitively priced. Have used other companies before but they dont always give a heads up on delivery date. WCF did and the driver was extremely personable so my first experience is a first class one.

You will never beat WCF Hexham for their service!! From ringing Elaine in the office to the lads delivering the oil. Every time I have needed a delivery, from the very first time I got my oil heating in. My oil boiler was put in on the 17th December 2019, I rang around the oil companies as I had been told to do, 9 I did not know any oil companies, we had had a Parkray fire in for 30 years)! I couldn't even get a delivery before Christmas! I had been given a list of local oil companies by the supplier of the tank, we were going to be left all Christmas & New Year with no heating. The earliest delivery was going to be the 11th January 2020!! I went online & several companies came up, but WCF for some reason caught my eye, I rang up, not expecting any joy, however it was Elaine on the other end of the phone! She was absolutely amazing! She started ringing around the drivers & she got back to me within 10 minutes, informing me that one of the drivers was going to put it on his load & deliver it the very next day! I honestly could of cried, not one of the other companies had even bothered to get in touch with their driver's. they didn't even try! They never even listened, as soon as I said I had not had a delivery from them previously or I didn't have an account with them that was it! But not WCF Hexham, I have had every delivery from them since & will not change, they were the only ones that would help me out when I needed it & they have helped me since when I have ran out in error! As far as I am concerned WCF Hexham has the best team ever.
