I received a hamper yesterday as a present from niece in Australia most of items but certain items like soup and dips all up today or tomorrow very disappointed will tell her not to send items like this in future

I was finding it very difficult to get my order in stores near me so when I ordered from ye it arrived very fast. The item cost just over €2 to purchase but €8 to post which I thought was a bit high as it wasn’t at all heavy. Other than that it was a positive purchase.

When I attempted to correct the delivery details on my order I was not listened to by the person answering the phone - I stated my name and address to correct the mistake and was assured the amendment would be made and the postage be reduced accordingly However I was then asked if the goods should be directed to Samantha Prigent at my address!!! CRAZY!!!
