Service has really gone downhill. I had previously only had very positive experience with ordering online with Ardkene, a great selection of quality artisan and local products. Sadly 3 successive online orders have been messed up, in two of them they got the very same product wrong and I no longer have confidence to continue using. I dare say that when you’re able to go into a store then you’ll be fine, but to get orders repeatedly wrong is beyond incompetence, worse when the order contains gifts. Sorry, and in despite of the very courteous interaction and prompt refunding of items, you can’t be relied upon to get things right, and that’s just not good enough. This is one customer who won’t be back.

I ordered Burren Balsamic Vinegar Mixologists Tin from Arkeen Foods for friends in France. The ordering was a simple process. The company kept me informed as to the delivery. Friends received the parcel in jig time, in plenty of time before Christmas. They are delighted with their unique Irish gift, beautifully presented and with a heavenly taste.

I ordered a design it yourself vegan hamper for my family and it arrived in perfect condition on the next working day. I also emailed the day I ordered it to check everything would fit in the hamper and was kindly replied to by Zsófia very shortly after. Excellent service and I will order again.

This was my first time using Ardkeeen Stores delivery service. Even though I was slightly worried about how the chilled delivery would work I went ahead and ordered. The delivery cost €10, which may sound expensive, however when you see what is needed to ensure that it does stay chilled you will not mind. One of the products I got was the Smoked Chicken, it was pure heaven in my mouth, an amazing product. Will definitely be using Ardkeeen Stores again!
