Ordered a good selection of items and was very impressed with the packaging, cool pack, very secure bubble wrap and crush proof surrounded everything, the best care any company has shown for a myriad of purchases made online during the pandemic. The choice online was very good too and though a few items were not available I did receive a call to alert me to this prior to dispatch, first class on customer service. I had been trying to get a parcel delivered to my son in the Netherlands for sometime. Other hamper companies either cancelled or the parcel did not arrive in a timely fashion. Ardkeen stores managed to deliver the parcel within days. It was of excellent quality and I knew from the outset that I was supporting local businesses at this challenging time. First tried ardkeen on run up to Christmas as wanted to buy some niche Irish produce as gifts for friends and family. Found service very efficient, delivery even to NI within a few days and informed of progress etc by email. Goods arrived in timely manner and well packaged, but utilising cardboard and paper rather than plastic or styrofoam peanuts so is more eco-friendly. Good range of local and Irish produce with artisan and gourmet focus. Like that Irish provenance identified in the online shop to help with choices. All in all great service, easy to use and good range of products that are not readily available in big chain supermarkets. Keep up the great work!!

I love this online store, they have an amazing collection of just wonderful produce that I struggle to find anywhere else, be it premium pasta from Italy or Poachers tonic water from Ireland, the exotic to the sublime. Everything is very well packed and delivered promptly, I can't recommend Ardkeen highly enough.
