They are great at helping all of our new applicants with the move in process of setting up their electric company and renters insurance and updating any errors on the documents and re-emailing them with all requirements. I love this. This is hands on with the applicant and makes this process so much easier for them before move in day. Love this great team.

Very hard to understand rep for verification and it seemed sketchy with the verification. He kept wanting me to say yes. I tried to get him to understand I will not say yes and that he could except my answer to move forward and he wouldn't do so. Again very sketchy. No need to contact me I don't want to use your service period.
