Tried other products in the last 5 months and nothing worked, used your product and the very next day I had results, no dust mites, i just could not believe it. I don't know what is in it that but you may me a believer, best product on the market that works the first time.

Overall I am pleased

We have bought 6 (?) floor scrubbers from you in the last 6 months. This is the second one to have the motor malfunction in the first six months. The first time it happened we were sent a replacement motor and we shipped back the bad motor. This time we were charged up front for a new motor while you or the manufacturer determines whether the motor is covered under the warranty. Both you and the manufacturer should make an attempt to stand behind the product you distribute/manufacture. If this is what we should expect in the future, I will find a new company to deal with for both product and sales.
