I wrote a 5 stars review for the excellent customer service I had with Melissa when I was ordering and item but when I didn’t get the product on the date she gave me and get an email telling me the item will take more than 4 days to be delivered and the information that she gave me was wrong. I lost the job, my credibility was compromised and they are charging me the restocking fee. Be careful with the information they give to you, and always, always ask for a confirmation email abou what they said.

Fantastic over and above service! Their website is easy to navigate and works better than most. The customer service and shipping time have been far above what I expected. Usually online places take your money and you are left wondering if you will hear from them again.
