Great company to work with. Ordered brushes for our floor scrubbing machine and some salt neutralizer. Eric was the sales representative that helped me and he was great to deal with. I ended up ordering the wrong brushes for our machine and was worried about calling to send them back. I talked to Eric again and he was just as good to deal with to send the brushes back. I have been using the back pack vac for almost a year now and other than the location of the on button(it gets hit accidentally at least one time per use and shuts off the vacuum)the suction power is wonderful and the parts are excellent
