When my original order arrived, the photo was mirrored up onto the canvas. I emailed Pixa Prints and they immediately reprinted a new canvas and had it shipped. Anyone can make a mistake but it's how they deal with that mistake is the important part. The replacement canvas arrived and is perfect. Great customer service, quick turnaround and delivery and a great product.
