I had a great experience with Clever. I previously interviewed agents who were not willing to go lower than 3%. I was intrigued when I saw Clever already negotiated a 1.5% rate. I received 3 agents who I interviewed. Clever followed up throughout the process. One agent in particular stood out and was very prepared for our first meeting. I was skeptical whether I would get good service for half the rate. I couldn’t have found a better realtor. He kept excellent communication, got great photos, and marketed well. The property sold in less than a week. I couldn’t be more thrilled from beginning to end.
