Having ordered fitted furniture for 3 rooms I was delighted that fitting would be within 5weeks. Perfect. The fitters were hard working but the end result was very far short of acceptable in two rooms. Despite fitters returning on various occasions, cancelling at very short notice on three occasions, it is now over three months later and I am left with a shockingly poor product. Their communication / customer service is woeful. I have a large media unit with a very visible join down the middle. They say they are fixing things yet haven’t. I would never deal with this company again and my next step will be legal. Update: it is now November and we finally had Spacemaker rectify the issue with the media unit in September. The project was then complete six months after it started. Ultimately we regret contracting with this business. The product is chipboard so if you get a quote, do compare what they are offering with what you can buy elsewhere. The measure of a company is how they perform when things go wrong…… in our experience, their ‘fix’ took too long and caused a lot of stress.

A really great journey from the ideas stage with the excellent designer Sarah right through to installation with Tony. Sarah worked with us patiently to create a beautiful office solution. She went above and beyond and was contactable throughout. Installation was painless and smooth with Tony. He was professional, polite & did a first class job. We would highly recommend this company & we will be entrusting the rest of our house to them!

Dean turned up early and cracked on in getting the job done. He installed my cupboards which now look great.

Excellent customer service from start to finish- from initial sales contact, the surveyor and especially our fitter Tony - polite, friendly and most important of all a quality craftsman- the fitting was excellent- professional, clean & tidy. Would definitely recommend!

First class service from start to finish. Mike, the designer was helpful and considerate in the planning of our rooms. Followed by Kevin, the surveyor, who took time to ensure everything was correct prior to production. Gary, the fitter, carried out excellent installation work and was professional at all times. Found Spacemaker from a Google search and from initial contact to installation, every person was a pleasure to deal with. A shout out to Dean for his carpentry expertise and leaving the room spotless!

We initially had a bad experience with Marc the salesperson and designer.on the first fit the dividers were not correct and we couldn’t hang any clothes. The company understood and agreed to get it right. We had their best carpenter Mark who fitted them perfectly and turned the experience from a negative to a positive for us

Order No 64366 Mark and Dean were excellent! Quick, efficient, cleaned up after all their hard work! Would definitely recommend their work & fabulous wardrobes installed!
