Excellent customer service I have messaged them with questions on Facebook and always get a quick reply. They have a great selection of natural treats as well as gift boxes and ready made up boxes if you don't know what you want.

We ADORE Pawfectnature! All of their products are such high quality and super natural. I would recommend this small business to everyone, we love when our parcels arrive especially when they are personalised with your dogs name on the box. I had a mix up with some of my delivery last time however Kat (owner of Pawfect nature) was really good at reassuring me that the problem would be sorted and that I had nothing to worry about. Everything was done very professionally and the delivery was super quick and when it arrived I was left a very happy customer!

I am a long standing customer with Pawfect Nature, the value for money is excellent and it gives me peace of mind knowing all the treats are completely natural. I also buy grooming products for our Labrador who suffers from dermatitis flare ups and regular scrapes from skidding on walks, their colloidal silver spray and paw balm are a holy grail in helping his flare ups heal quickly. I love grabbing some live sale goodies in their monthly Instagram live sales too!
