Very impressed
My first contact with the company was with Gary and he was most helpful. He was friendly, not in a rush, talked throughly anything I asked and didn't overly use technical terms. He was easily contactable if needed. We were assigned an accounts manager. All the necessary information/instruction was forthcoming and when the first of my banners arrived I was well impressed. We have since order more and there are others in the pipeline. A good find.
Total Displays exceeded my expectations
I needed some new display panels for my pop-up stand at short notice. Not only were Total Displays able to make and deliver these to me on my requested date, but when I discovered my sales team needed them even earlier, Total Displays got it done. Great end product!
I am absolutely delighted with the multiple pop-up display items supplied to us by Total Displays. Believe me, I shopped around and did my research; and Total Displays were by far the best value-for-money! The items are really well produced and the quality of printing is second to none (which also owes a lot to our Graphic Designer!). The sales team were easily contactable and extremely helpful. I would certainly go back to Total Displays again in the future! Thanks a lot!

They were really amazing, great sales guy call Jan, open, friendly, informative and patient. The price was exactly where we needed it to be and the communication throughout was impeccable. We were very happy with the product we recieved as well. I would have no problem using these guys again and in fact, will happily recommend them whenever I can. All in all brilliant.
Got on with the order - quickly - great service.
Spoke to Christine as I was doing something that was not my usual post and therefore talking complete "on the wing!!" she was very helpful, found out the art work & order we had had previously. Completely up front what problems there would be with changing stuff etc that had been done several years before. We had several telecoms and emails going back and forth and things were sorted, ordered, paid for and was delivered exactly the day given on time with no hassles - all within the week how great was that life would be so much easier if everyone worked so well.
Great products, great service - couldn't ask for more
Since working with Karl at Total Displays we've had nothing but good experiences. We first spoke to Total Displays regarding purchasing an X-Gloo tent and having been so impressed we have since ordered lots of other banners/flags/pop ups etc. All products have been great - especially the X-Gloo which is a fantastic bit of kit and got so many admiring glances from the public and other lealous exhibitors. Everything has been dealt with quickly, and when we have given last minute orders the products have been turned around with no problem at all. The team are always happy to help and also follow everything up to make sure everything was perfect and the products matched expectations - top products and great service all round.
Extremely professional yet personable service - Fantastic!
People expect excellent service - and you will certainly receive this from Total Displays. From advice pre-order, through design, production and even a phone call whilst setting up the stand for our show, I cannot sing the praises of Gary Maycock and his team highly enough. If you've never "done" a show before or you're unsure of what you need -give them a call. I'll certainly work with them again.
Innovative, quick and understanding of our needs
Total Displays were fantastic, we were offered some last minute exhibition space and had 2 weeks to produce a 9 panel shell scheme and counter unit. We had no basis with which to work from and a strict budget. Christine at Total Displays was fantastic, coming up with a solution that looked great, met our needs and came within our limited budget. Total Displays will be our first port of call for all our display needs.
Great customer service
From the initial quotation stage through to receipt of the final product, contacts at Total Displays were very helpful and amenable. They listened and responded to our requests and feedback, going above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the stand before sign off. Once the stand was produced we were happy with the quality, and (after some initial confusion on our part!) it was fairly easy to put together. Good value for money. Any issues that we did have, were fairly minor and were ironed out quite quickly and easily. Have already recommended Total Displays to colleagues.
