Even een berichtje over Lupain makelaars en over Milena in het bijzonder.Onze eerste kennismaking gaf ons gelijk een goed gevoel.Nadat wij besloten hadden om met hen verder te gaan heeft Milena zich overconsumptie ontfermd, war zeer prettig was. Geen moeite was haar te veel, talloze locaties heeft ze ons laten zien.Ze was er altijd voor ons en heeft goed naar onze wensen geluisterd.Wij zijn er dan ook in geslaagd om een heerlijk appartement te kunnen kopen. Ook de afhandeling was erg fijn, alles werd voor ons geregeld, onze dank nog daarvoor. Ook voor andere vragen kunnen wij altijd bij Lupain en Milena terecht. Stayed at the apartment in La Caleta and had a great time. Property very clean and comfortable and easy walking to a great selection of restaurants in the evening. Upper deck open views of the surrounding area and in the sun all day. Great team to work with and very helpful with minor difficulties taken care of immediately. Will have to return

We arrived in Tenerife a few hours before check-in. We had warned this would happen, yet it came as a bit of a surprise to them. Nevertheless, we got into the apartment early without difficulty. The apartment was excellent apart from the poor wifi which they tried to help with (improved slightly by replacing a cable), but it was really a Telefonica problem beyond their control. Lupain needed access to the apartment to do an electrical safety check, and they kindly let us know a few days in advance, which was good. All in all, Lupain are on the ball, prompt at answering the phone, friendly and helpful.

We have stayed in Christian Sur and Victoria Court apartments on a few occasions for holidays. Both are of a high standard and well equipped. Ann at Lupain is always on hand to answer any questions. Replies to emails promptly and is really helpful and friendly. No complaints. Will definitely use them again and again....see you again soon. Thank you for helping us make great holiday memories.

Recently returned home after a fantastic stay at Victoria Court. The apartment was faultless, from the location to the amenities it was just brilliant! The service from Lupain was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, we were even able to extend our stay as we were having such a good time! I'd definitely recommend booking through Lupain. Après plusieurs revers désagréables dans notre recherche d appartement nous avons rencontré Milena d abord par mail ...ensuite en face elle nous a été d un grand soutient pour oublier nos mésaventures précédentes ..
