OK, heard about this new system, called and got quotes from a few companies. So glad I went with this company...there was a few (massive) extras that they dealt with in good faith. I'm an old soldier and a Scouser 'to boot' if you are looking for an honest trustworthy company these are the guys for you......not compulsory but bacon butties and mugs of tea keep them at the 'rock face'.....was going to say good luck, but forget it ....these guys are the best. Ps didn't leave a mess.

An excellent company I can’t praise them enough. Totally professional and customer focused- Sandy and Elaine took all the stress out of all the organisation/logistics even to completing and submitting the RHI paperwork for me. I have no concerns over recommending the company to friends and in fact have already done so - she paid her deposit yesterday

The company is very focused on customer service you can tell that straight away, Sandy is superb and nothing is too much trouble for her, although I will say that they let themselves down a little by some of the contractors they use, we waited for an electrician to come and complete the install for almost two full days, the overall installation on our ASHP went mostly to plan James and Jake were great throughout and an asset to the company due to their professionalism and even although there was a couple of issues after it was up and running the guys came back the following day and resolved it straight away. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending RT to anyone in the market for an ASHP, to the extent that we were considering having them back to look at solar panel installation.

I initially selected several companies to provide an air source heat pump, but chose Renewable Tech as they (Joe) were more capable of answering my questions and explained the process in detail, providing the confidence I was looking for. Had a hiccup with the survey due to illness, but this was quickly rectified by RT. The installation went like a dream, Mirek and Mario were superb. The day of the installation was the coldest of the year, but the team had the heating and water up and running within the day, they worked their socks off and did such a neat job. Customer support was excellent, Sandy is a super lady, so considerate and communicative, dealing efficiently with the RHI application. This was an oil replacement, whereby RT also dealt with the removal of the tank on my behalf. The house and grounds were left clear with all rubbish removed on a timely basis. The system has been working very efficiently since the installation, difficult to say what the level of ongoing support is like as I’ve not had any problems to date. Renewable Tech is a fast growing company, which can often cause issues, but they are very focused on customer care. I would strongly recommend them.

the company personel where very pleasant and helpful on the phone , the surveyour had stated that the air source heat convertor would fit in the airing cupboard where the gas boiler was with the coolant tanks in the loft eaves. When it came to the install the workmen immeadiatly said that it would not fit. We had to quickly empty the built in cupboard behind the airing cupboard, to accomodate the system, The coolant tanks fitted in there as well. The intake system on the outside is unobtrusive, on the carage roof, and quiet. The new radiators that where fitted at the same time are very nice. There was a slight glitch with the removal of the rubbish, and for some reason a few more new radiators. No one turned up to collect on the day that they said they would, after I had waited in all day. They did say that they had been let down by the firm they had arranged to do the collection. The system is running like a dream, with no difference in the heating to the house and the hot water, the fact that it is cheaper to run than the gas is a bonus. The company called a few weeks after the install to go through the application, for the RHI. I have since had an email from ofgem stating that it has been accepted and I will start getting the payments for that in March.

Renewable-tech were the first company I found prepared to fit in with my requirements for a hybrid heat pump/boiler combination. They put me in touch with an engineer to discuss options and were good about answering my questions. I am very satisfied with this advice. The install went as well as can be expected and we have had no trouble with the heat pump since. Performance is not bad but I think it could be better - we are in discussion about this. It may be that we can improve the control configuration.

I have be working with Renewable Tech with B2B services for the past 3 months working on installing Air Source Heat Pumps. I have particularly enjoyed working with Sandy who is friendly, professional and always informative regarding updates of the installations. I would recommend working with Renewable Tech as they are a great company to work with and I have built up a great relationship with them over the past few months.

Very poor service. We had a number of issues during the install, the sales person was very pushy and gave us the wrong information regarding the install, the survey that was completed on the property was incorrect, no one talked us through the survey until I raised it and now they have informed us to fill in the RHI grant incorrectly too. I would not recommend this company to anyone at all.
