I've only used Qwoted for a few pitches, but I've already received two direct quotes & links on different high DA websites! This is, of course, the end goal, so I am very happy. I'm only on the free plan right now, which limits the number of pitches you can send but thinking of starting a subscription!
Highly recommended for PR pros!
I have been a member of Qwoted for about 6 months and I'm very impressed with the quality of journalists and media on this site. Qwoted has a great and varied pool of accredited and serious pros looking for editorial sources. I have made great connections and landed a handful of impressive coverage by responding to queries on the site. Qwoted makes it easy to reach out to connect with top-tier outlets. I highly recommend Qwoted to PR pros looking for additional opportunities!

As a PR guy by day and business owner (HR Consulting), I have to frankly say that Qwoted has been an absolute game changer for getting earned media. In only a few short weeks, I successfully pitched and was quoted in Forbes, Newsweek, SHRM (a top HR publication), several top executive blogs and publications, and even guested on a popular radio show. Yes, I’ve done my own PR for years and written for a few top publications, but I’ve never see any other platform make this process so seamless and with such high yield of media exposure. Compared to HARO and some of the others, it’s head and shoulders above, in my experience.
Best for small business and crypto
Best for small business and crypto I have a crypto blog and Qwoted allowed me to reach a lot of large crypto media within a limited budget. The paid content of these media usually costs thousands of dollars per article. I will recommend it to my circle who has their own blog.
Connecting Experts with Reporters
Qwoted is a great service that connects actual reporters looking for real experts. I am in a niche pest control business. Because of that, there are not any reporters that cover my industry specifically. Most of them write articles about the home like renovations, real estate, DIY repairs, etc.
Qwoted is a fantastic resource
Qwoted is an especially valuable resource because it levels the media playing field. Younger, up-and-coming businesses that have what to contribute to a journalist's article now have the same, equal opportunity to compete with established companies in their fields for media attention. And Qwoted also democratizes the process as well, since an original, astute insight from a smaller firm will catch the eye of a journalist who's inundated with lesser comments from the big guys. Whether you're a journalist who wants to expand your contacts or an enterprise looking for publicity, this is the place to be.

Qwoted has been very useful to promote my interview coaching business. I've only used the free subscription, yet my interview advice has been featured in Forbes and Fox Business twice, as well as in CIO Magazine, BuiltIn, Business Insider and many others as a result of my membership.
Great for small business owners interested in SEO
As a small business owner trying to establish myself as an expert in my industry, it's been a very successful tool. It's relatively easy to gather backlinks. The software is easy to use and I love that you can see if your quote has been accepted or not and you don't have to die wondering! My only constructive criticism is that I'd like to be able to link different submissions to different pages on my website, not just my homepage.

Effective with good range across the many departments as a business you can comment on.
Not very workable...
Great concept but doesn't quite hit the mark so we cancelled our subscription today. The unnecessary barrier between journalist and agency / brand makes life difficult. If your account is flagged (which happens regularly), you have to book in a call with the Founder and be scolded in order to get reactivated. Quite a faff and very uncomfortable. During the last call, we were told we were a small customer and they wouldn't care about losing us. There is also a public grading of your agency - which feels draconian. It's interesting that the top 100 are all from the same agencies (and some claim just a 3% win rate). Subscriptions for agencies are $700/month (which is at the higher end of other PR software out there). There are better and cheaper alternatives. UPDATE: 5 days after I left this review, there was flurry of positive reviews. Curious, I noticed that Qwoted posted the following on their website: "Earn a Free Pitch Credit by Reviewing Qwoted Starting August 21, 2023, free users on Qwoted can earn a free Pitch Credit* by leaving an honest review of our network on one of our partner sites: Google TrustPilot G2 CrowdReviews To redeem your free Pitch Credit, take a screenshot of your review and email it to bryanATqwoted.co from the email address associated with your Qwoted account. At Qwoted, we take your feedback seriously. User reviews help guide the development of new features and policies and pave the way for the future of our collaborative network. Happy pitching!"
