Tommy was very helpful when he came round to quote for work - gave me a lot of good advice and broke down the quote in sections so I could choose what to have done. His team were great - they repaired a skylight, replumbed a toilet, fitted some plinths under kitchen cabinets and painted the hall, landing, bathroom and kitchen. Everyone arrived promptly, did a professional job and left everything clean and tidy. Olsi was very helpful,, a quick and careful worker, Leo was an excellent painter - a pleasure to have in the house, and did a neat and careful job to high standards. Tommy was available to deal with any queries and very accommodating.

I got in touch with Tommy after seeing his name crop up several times in my local Facebook group. I only had a small job -- to deal with a leaking bathroom tap -- but Tommy was very responsive, explained how he would tackle the problem, and gave a cost estimate that (happily for me) ended up being a little over the final actual cost. His engineer arrived right on time, did the job with no fuss, putting in new taps which work as they should - no more leaking. Would certainly use Tommy again.

I am absolutely disgusted by Total Maintenance. There were a number of appalling problems: firstly, lack of communication regarding when the work would take place and what time the workers would actually arrive, as well as the price. Secondly, the tiler and engineer came (no idea of qualifications etc), spent most of the time complaining about the difficulty of the job and then left the bathroom in an absolute state with grout stuck to the bath, the floor, rubble everywhere and dark black grout on the white coving. The grout was finished in a wiggle line and it looked, quite frankly, like a child had finished it. I asked Tommy if he could send the men back to fix it and I didn't even receive an apology, instead he mocked me for not understanding there would be mess after a job. I explained I've had several jobs done previously and have never had my house left in such a state. Then, a week later, I had a bath and noticed a huge leak, the bathroom flooded. There was a large crack in the pipe under the bath (this wasn't there before, I had a bath two days before the work was done and had no leak). Tommy tried to convince me it was there previously, and it wasn't his workmen's fault. However, they'd clearly noticed it when taking the bath out as we saw it had been covered with silicone - but they never thought to mention it. On top of this, we paid over £1k for tiling on a single wall - which I've later learned is way over the going rate in the area. Utterly ripped off with a leaking bath... not happy!

I had tom and his team do work in my property a few months ago! Great standard of work, very tidy and always on time. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable building/maintenance company 5* from me!

I hired Total Maintenance to fit a shower mixer tap, install a shower screen, fit a shower riser and reseal a bath. Tommy, responded very quickly to my emails and work commenced a week later. The workman sent was efficient and quick and I am very happy with the quality of the work and my new shower! I plan on doing some more work to my home this year and will be contacting Tommy again.

Tommy’s team replaced tiled front steps to a very high quality. We are very happy with the end result and the team were prompt and hard working and would recommend.

Tommy and his team stripped out our old bathroom and refitted a new one. They also fixed our bay windows and moved cupboards around in the kitchen. The team were great even though Covid and Christmas got in the way a bit. I would definitely use Tommy and his team again.
