Great prices and always quick to deliver. Also when I made a mistake with a order was quick to amend before dispatch.

I ordered a swimsuit online and returned it as it was too large. I was shocked to receive it back with a note saying it had been worn. Definitely not by me. Greaves sports claim I am lying and refused to refund me. So I have now lost money and postage cost on an item that I cannot use. Absolutely appalling customer service. Avoid this company

Brilliant customer service at Greaves in Glasgow yesterday, served by Andrew T. I went in to buy a badminton racket and he was so knowledgeable, asking about my specific style of play so he knew what racket would benefit me the most. I ended up spending more than I had in my head which I am delighted about to have the best racket for my game and that will last me for years to come opposed to having to buy another one as my game develops.

Very quick delivery and the items I ordered were perfect! The sizes were accurate too.

I purchased a tracksuit for my son’s birthday which didn’t fit. I took it back to Greaves whose member of staff at the counter could not be more helpful. Swapped over no fuss, great service. Decided to get running shoes when back in there also and the guy in the running department really knew his stuff, excellent advise on what shoe suited my running style. Great service and all around enjoyable experience shopping in Greaves Sports.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the high level of service offered. The advice offered and the obvious drive to personalise the service which was outstanding. I have had a badminton racquet restrung in the past but not with options which you offered . Excellent, thank you for your service.

Item was fine apart from size. But be aware that if returning you pay the return fee and are not refunded for original delivery. Bought an item for £20 paid £24.99 with delivery. Returned it as size was unsuitable. Refund was £18. Won't be using them again.
