TUSU has used Delta has our preferred provider since 2021. They provide excellent customer service from booking to post trip experience. Drivers are very safe, attentive to all passengers needs, and good at solving unexpected issues with traffic or parking, drop off or pick up. Highly recommend their services.

School trip to Robinwood The outward journey was on a day of torrential rain and floods. The driver was amazing and could not be more helpful. The coach was stuck in a traffic jam for 2 hours so we were so grateful we had a toilet on board. The return journey went without a hitch and again the driver was great! Thanks Delta!

We had marvellous service from Delta on a two night school trip to London. Csaba (apologies for possible misspelling) our driver, was punctual, helpful, professional and friendly. He negotiated the motorway and London traffic brilliantly and got us all back safe and sound.

Great coach service for our class trip to Tynemouth. Arrived prompt, driver was cheerful and chatty with the children which really helped their excitement build! We were able to leave items on the coach (lunch) so we did not need to leave these in the heat. Also prompt to collect us and deliver safely to school.
