This has been the easiest and most painless process of ordering online I’ve had in a while. From the get go Alex was super helpful when I emailed asking to add an extra box of tiles to our order, sorting this straight away. Then when there was a hiccup with delivery I was kept updated by email and the tiles arrived exactly when the email said they would, well packaged and without any breakages.
