A brilliant service all round - the staff were helpful and available on the phone to answer questions. They even got the order to us a day earlier than they thought they could when we explained we needed it as quickly as possible. The tiles were in good condition with only one damaged/faulty one. The delivery driver was also friendly and helpful.

Excellent experience! I’d purchased a bathrooms worth of tiles with a similar brand, but a few cracked and I needed replacements asap. The original site needed 10 days to send out more so I contacted Boutique Stone and Alex promptly helped confirm they had the same tiles in stock, explained what the batch numbers meant and was able to send out more tiles within two days. He even rang me to answer any questions I had and the whole service felt really friendly and personable. Not to mention the tiles are stunning! Reccomend.

We haven’t installed the tiles yet but they look great. The customer service has been excellent. I received a personalised WhatsApp video to help me choose the colour grout I wanted showing it next to the tiles. There was a small mixup with my order as the wrong cleaning product was sent but the team rectified this immediately and delivered the correct one (along with a full size tile sample for another tile I was considering) really quickly. I would definitely recommend them to others.
