Delivered professionally and efficiently on the specified date. Our house is a bit difficult to get to, but the delivery guy parked further down the road and rolled the tiles to our house on a trolley. Really helpful service, Boutique Stone were friendly and gave great advice on choice of tiles. We chose the Wood effect herringbone tiles and I was sent a number of photos of the tiles in different situations to help me to choose. This was very helpful.

Great product delivered on time. Although kerbside delivery is stated it would have been 5 stars if the driver could have helped unwrap the pallet and carry a couple of boxes a few metres to the house.

I made my order on Wednesday pm and my tiles were delivered Thursday am and they are stunning! Fantastic service from beginning to end!
