Excellent. Very easy to order online and really useful tools to calculate how many tiles are needed. Delivered within 2 days of ordering and a courtesy message in between from an operator (an actual person, not automated!) following my initial order. Great quality of tiles too which I can't wait to see in my bathroom! Perfect from start to finish, very impressed and would definitely use again!

I placed an order with Boutique Stone quite last minute and I was very impressed with the Service that I received. I was not local to the store and therefore unable to visit the showroom. After only seeing the tile online I was a little apprehensive as the sample that I had was from an alternate Supplier. Boutique Stone accommodated this and sent me a video of the tiles immediately to ease any concerns that I had. After confirming that I was happy with the tiles they called me back straight to away to confirm the order. I was notified about delivery and when I needed to change the contact details for the 1 hour warning of arrival they immediately responded to this to confirm that they had received the changes. When the tiles were delivered, the driver was extremely helpful and aided my husband with some of the boxes which they do not have to do. I ordered large porcelain tiles (600mm/600mm) and when they arrived a couple (X2) had minor chips to the outer edge but were still useable for my requirements. However; Boutique Stone dealt with this immediately. I would highly recommend Boutique Stone and I would not hesitate in ordering from them again. In fact I recommended them to our Bathroom Fitters.

Tiles as hoped, delivery cost is expensive when you are spending £800+ on tiles and an estimated delivery window would have been helpful.
