Fantastic experience with the gummy molds. Consistent and easy to use product!

I have been using the polycarbonate molds for my chocolate bars and peanut butter cups for about a year now. They are very high quality and I put them through the test. My couveture chocolates come out so shiney every time. Due to our strigent allregen and CGMP qualtiy controls, we are forced to wash these molds between every batch. We put them through our low temp dishwasher 2-3 times a week and they have not scratched or lost thier shine whatsoever. I have even put them in the oven at 250F to quickly dry them. These molds have not chipped, even when I bang them on the table to get any air bubbles out of the chocolate. Also, the customer service is amazing. Highly recommend the polycarbonate molds for chocolates!!!
