I recently ordered a beautiful metallic black ventura 3' bunk bed from the Right Buy Store. The bed looked exactly like the pictures online, and it arrived on time. The customer service was fantastic! They were very responsive throughout the entire process. After assembling, I thought there was an issue with the bars but it was a mistake made by the person who assembled. I contacted James via email, and he immediately went above and beyond to get replacement bars sent out. James was very helpful and kept me updated throughout the process. While my fiance was able to fix the bed before the replacement arrived, I called James to let him know. He informed me the courier was already on the way with the bars and offered to let me keep them 'incase I might need them in the future.' Overall, I had an amazing experience shopping with the Right Buy Store. Their excellent customer service especially James' helpfulness, made the entire process stress - free.
