Excellent, painless claim. All staff were extremely helpful and professional. All requirements were explained in full and help was given as required. After the pay out they were quick to inform me of HMRC Tax code changes and provided aftercare to ensure minimal impact. Highly recommended.

First time using a service like this, naturally sceptical, but as a friend recommended this service to me, thought it was worth a shot. RIFT handled the claim quickly and efficiently - with regular calls and emails, which is handy with the busy day to day bustle. I am awaiting the claim to come through, but prior to this, It has been a relatively easy and pleasant process. I had conversed with a few advisors but finalised with Mac who was very efficient, friendly and aimed to get the claim through ASAP. Unfortunately any London based ‘public’ travel isn’t included but still very happy with the outcome that the rift team have managed to claim back.
