the color is darker than i expected. It's a little staticky as well. But it's really soft and natural looking. the hairline looks real too.

I ordered a wig 4 weeks ago and have received no update since and had no reply from customer service. I found this site because I was convinced it's a scam. Is this normal (even considering covid-19) to take a month and not have any update?

ive had no complaints with this company always recieve my wigs in a timely manner. and they are always beautiful.

I’m completely disappointed in Wigy service and it’s lack of customer service and terrible ETA. It’s been over A month now and I have not received my extensions. I will never order. If you’re reading this don’t bother this is definitely a scam until proven otherwise. I either get my extensions or get a refund then I will come back and change my experience.

I had ordered two wigs from this site. I am severely disappointed in this site. First they took my money, then did not respond to several emails and a few phone calls. They didn't update me on where my order was for close to two weeks. In the mean time I asked for a refund, and asked where my order was, no response. They then sent me a shipping notice of just one wig, which I found out was cheaper and faster shipping through Amazon. They then emailed me with no apology, no acknowledgment of the lack of communication, just that it shipped. Mind you, only half of my order shipped, and no other word on when they would ship the other wig. I then asked for a refund, which was processed a day later, that is the only reason I would give them a one star, otherwise they would get 0 stars. Don't buy from this company, same wigs are on amazon for 50% of the price!!

Horrible. Product not representative of pictures on website. Cheap looking in person. Product comes from China and they will not refund your money if dissatisfied. They offer only 20% refund if you keep the product. If you want to send it back, they ask for a tracking number and the shipping costs are far greater than the product cost. SCAM. BEWARE.
