I seen the ads like everyone else and thought wow, they look amazing and very affordable, which I thought was a little bit sus, but I ordered a “lace front”, after a few days I sent an email to check on my order and heard nothing, the next day I did the same, I think I sent four emails and after still not hearing back searched for their site and I came across trust pilot, the reviews were horrible and I instantly regretted buying from them, I then sent an email asking to cancel my order and a few days later I received my first email back from them telling me they had refunded the money and it would be back in my account in a few days, and it was! I am so glad I found trust pilot and didn’t have to go through the drama of sending it back to get a refund as they are in China or Japan. From now on I before I buy anything online I will definitely be reading reviews and I recommend doing that to everyone!
