I ordered a dress priority shipping and they canceled my order when i emailed them there response was “we canceled for a reason” and i still haven’t gotten my refund never again

I've submitted numerous orders on Saledress because of their adorable prices, and most of the products I've received have met my expectations. Occasionally, I purchase special products like the bulk sale box. While there have been instances where some items were canceled, the customer service team has been incredibly patient in explaining policies, checking order statuses, and processing refunds promptly.

I loved the ease in ordering the outfit. Now I am hoping for a good quality in fabric.

I ordered and never received the items paid for!! I reached out to customer support & corresponded multiple times with Mostafa, who never offered a solution nor a refund. Buyers Beware!!!

total rip off im owed over 120 items it says fulfilled and thats incorrect they do not call back or answer any email questions. im contacting the bbb , and attorney general to get them shut down they operate out of hong kong they make it look like their part of amazon and they are not DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I ordered a few items from this company In the material was not what it looked like in the picture. I sent the items back over a month ago and still have not gotten a refund and every time I reach out to the company they tell me it has not been delivered. Do not waste your time with this company. It’s a scam.

I order in December over 50 items for a new boutique I’m opening as of today 02/07/24 I only received 12 outfits and 6 of them i didn’t order I call and email them no response I wasted money for items I didn’t get they are a rip off scammer
