Orderd two lots of screws for future projects, unfortunately had to contact them twice and on both occasions they said the delivery had been lost and they would send out some more. The third time my order came the next day but only one of the items as they had run out of the other. Managed to get my order first time from a different company.

Ordering easy. Delivery was just in time the day before the job needed doing. (5 days, Post Office) which was mentioned on the website. Would have been nice like some companies - they tell you when dispatched, and when delivery estimated. Product very good. I would recommend wesupplyfittings.co.uk and will use them again. But order earlier in the future.

Unfortunately a bad experience this time. Screws where supposed to be in stock waited a week and then had a email saying they had been delivered. I contacted wsf and then was told not in stock and there and been a error. I was then offered a alternative and accepted then told I could then have what I had order,approximately 2 weeks after order. Which was a pain because I needed them at the time. Was sorted out Unfortunately far too late.
