Bought the M48 Pistol Crossbow.. opened box and saw CLEARLY it was previously USED & missing instructions. Have filed 3 Separate Complaints via phone, email & in response to receiving order and NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE!! NOTHING DONE AT ALL but received couple DAYS LATER and UPS return shipping label… What HORRENDOUS Customer Service

I ordered Andúril and in the description says that you get a letter of authenticity and my sword did not have one.
