udpate to the below: BUDK sent me a knife after reading this review and the product is outstanding! thanks to BUDK for fulfilling their obligations to their customers changed to 3 stars as a result of their customer service though should of never reached that point. : I would give less than 1 order a belt knife, complete, came in and was missing the knife emailed and they said it was separate yet their site shows together pointed this out and they refused to ship or reimburse. Will not order again three are on there one with just the knife one with just the belt and one complete ea one is 29.99

I told their person when I placed the order not to use UPS. To use USPS only. She said they would ship by USPS. When I got the tracking number, it was UPS. I contacted customer service. They said that USPS would deliver it. It was delivered by UPS. Had I not opened the door real fast, one of my hoodlum neighbors would have stolen it. NO UPS means NO UPS. They did nothing but lie.

Ordered an Official licensed Aragorn Sword for my friend in the USA. Price is little high but quality and delivery time is impressive.

Buyer beware! Falsely advertised products sold at premium prices. I bought what was listed as high quality knife, American 1918 trench knife. I paid $193.00 after shipping and taxes. I received a pos knife made in India! Insult to injury, the same pos knife appeared several days later on their site for $16.00! Avoid this Budk scam at cost!!!!

Places order then called to check on next day they said still processing Then received email need to calm to have product shipped. Called verified Cc then receive email from Charlotte saying I need to send my Id to get my product. I have never ever had to send my Id for any orders ever. As well that to Much info u have I never received the product had to cancel order And go to vendor

BUDK and My Noble Warrior did it again!! For my birthday I was gifted with a medieval broadsword... engraved.. I did female water works while doin a most epic happy dance... then I got some board.paracord and made it my own... THANK YOU EVERY ONE AT BUDK and ALWAYS AM THANKFUL FOR MY NOBLE WARRIOR

Someone stole my credit card number and used it to purchase $750 worth of products from BUDK. I noticed the charge right away and contacted them. BUDK found the order, stated the order hadn't shipped and promised to refund the charges. After still seeing the charge on my credit card, I disputed it with my credit card company directly. I emailed BUDK as a follow-up and still haven't received a response. It's been three weeks since the initial charge was made. I'm very disappointed they didn't issue the refund promptly!

Great Products for great prices They always ship very fast. Had to return an item once (Not their fault) and they were very friendly and walked me through the steps to return my item.

I ordered product, quality it stated, good it stated...I got nothing but cheap CHINA made product made from plastic n crap. Shovels were made so small only a child could use. Product was going to be returned, they told me, no refunds unless the product is damaged, AND I must pay for Shipping and handling. This company had terrible customer service, poor quality products and misleading pictures on their site. Cheap CHINA made sh*** that ain't worth the money. I threw the products in my trash and learned my lesson...never use or buy from BUDK again.....don't waste your money.

Questionable quality and terrible service. My mystery bug out bag had 4 survival whistles and a metal hook to hang fish. I've called three times and they won't return it despite saying they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. The only lower standard for service may be bail bondsman or DMV employees.
