I'm having the same problems. All telephone lines disconnected. Two months they have had my book to edit and they've just done two chapters.

These people signed us up to publish my book last December '23. . I've spent $500 so far. Their phone # is disconnected now for a week and they're not returning calls. Save your money as these people as could be a scam. We're getting ready to contact our credit card company.

HORRIBLE. They ruined my book. I cannot even show it to anyone. it is embarrassing.
