I like the logs which I purchased and will continue to buy from Pinewood. I have 10% off but nowhere to use it when purchasing online when have order in the basket.

No option to select rainbow matches so selected black to add them to a basket with a note to request rainbow matches. Black matches sent. 3 emails sent and no response, phone on answer machine, 2 messages left - no answer! Used company before but really disappointed this time.

Brilliant I love them wouldn't get them anywhere else

not been able to contact them never got told when the half pallet of heat logs were going to be delivered they just turned up just got a email that they were on the way

Easy to order. Very prompt delivery. Logs burn slowly with good heat output and clean burn. Ignite easily. Good kindling

Found company on line Purchased kindling which appeared a bit expensive but bundles were large so that helped Many other firewood suppliers were not taking further orders pre Christmas As my wife and I can now not chop our own due to disability we are happy with this purchase
