This was our first time using Elegant Golf Resorts for our dream trip to Dubai and we weren’t disappointed. From start to finish Jakub and Catherine made the whole process so easy and stress free. Any queries we had were always answered promptly. I will definitely be using them again when we decide on our next big adventure.

Booked a weeks golf in Turkey with Elegant early in the year. I started having concerns after the Elegant customer representative moved communication to WhatsApp. Contact a senior member of of staff who informed me that this was not protocol and the representative was dealt with. Unfortunately this had an effect on my initial choice of hotel and airport which resulted me having to fly from Bristol instead of my local airport Cardiff. Once I arrived in Turkey I was contacted by my transfer and pick up operator Joe who work for Matrix. Simply the service provided by Joe and Matrix team was fantastic from start to finish. When we arrived at the hotel the room booked by us by Elegant was nothing short of shameful we took the manager to the room and asked him if he would stay there he said no? We were given another room. Both Ben and Catherine of Elegant golf worked hard to resolve the issues prior to my trip and I was even given a complimentary round at the Gloria new. But overall a difficult experience

Great experience with Elegant Golf yet again . Hotel at La Manga , golf , transfer and flights . Pity they could not control the weather .

Elegant Golf once again organised a great trip with travel,transfers and accommodation without any problems. The hotel was very nice. Rooms cleaned on a daily basis . We were half board . The breakfasts were excellent and there was a very good standard variety in the evening. A nice pool area with a pool side bar. Recommend half board as the local town restaurants are a 20-30 minute walk . North course is a very good holiday resort type course with a variety of holes challenging all level of golfer depending on the tees you play. South Course has some more demanding holes on the back 9. The practice area is adequate but does have a good sized putting and chipping green. One piece of advice is to pack mosquito repellant as the proximity to the marshlands on some holes attracts them in still conditions. In summary a great weeks golf

Romanos was a wonderful hotel and the golf experience at Costa Navarino second to none from the customer experience given (taking clubs to your next destination) to quality of the courses. Shame that some restaurants were closed which meant booking into the popular ones was impossible, which was very frustrating - I’m not sure why too when the hotels seem very busy still!

The holiday was fantastic. Completely exceeding our expectations The transport throughout the trip was first class. Hotel was brilliant and in a great location The golf clubs were some of the best we have played. 5 stars from me.

Everything worked like clockwork. Brilliant company.

All logistics worked perfectly

A super first visit golf holiday to Morocco. Marrakech, it's thriving,pulsating energy and delightful people. How many of the near 1,000,000 population have scooter/mopeds,it seems at least 30%. Hotel and staff excellent,also the meet and greet service. Thanks to Elegant golf for super course selection on our 10 day visit.

The hotel, room and staff made the trip very enjoyable. Although work was being done to the golf courses, they were challenging and enjoyable.
