I WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY DEBITED MY ACCOUNT 3 TIMES AND WOULDNT REFUND UNTIL I PROVIDED TONNES OF INFORMATION FROM MY BANK. ITEMS TOOK OVER 2 WEEKS TO TURN UP AND WERE ALL LEFT SITTING ON MY DOORSTEP. CUSTOMER SERVICES HAVE A DONT CARE ATTITUDE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Rubbish customer service, bought items over a month ago some items were delivered within a week but the rest were due on another shipment. a month later still nothing. i contact customer services who said that the items are out of stock no one told me that the items were out of stock - they were buyable on the webstie at the time and a few weeks later. to make it worse the items bought were on offer and now will need to be bought at full price elsewhere. and books bought on a 3 for 2 basis. well the third book wasnt delivered so not the case.

2nd order where they cancelled the very reduced sale items but delivered all the small items, apparently out of stock but showing in stock online 3 dayts after ordering, paid £3.95 delivery for items that were just making the order up, not impressed

Shambles ordered 3 items for my daughters birthday chose standard delivery 5-7 working days 12 days later still nothing, emailed customer service for an update on my order to be sent a link to track my order (something I had already been doing) no apology via email Shocking service

Absolute shambles! I placed an online order and chose standard delivery (5-7 working days). 8 working days later still nothing so I called to chase my order. The customer service adviser was rude and incompetent, blaming 'warehouse difficulties' for the delay. I was told it hadn't even been shipped and they couldn't say when it would be! My paypal account had already had the money deducted although the advisor was adamant in hadn't been (I offered to send him the proof!!). His advise was 'wait another week and see if it turns up or if not cancel the order". No apology, no solution.

Shockingly bad experience with a shop which has many wonderful products but I will never waste my time with them again. Not only did I not receive my order, I had to contact them to find out about they had issues with paypal transactions. I have spent nearly a month writing emails trying to get my money back and I only managed to do this with the help of Paypal in the end. I think I would have just given up otherwise. Their customer services were dismissive and incompetent.

Purchased son''s toy online and opted for click and collect. Estimated delivery to the store was 4 days time but its gone over 14 days nothing! Emailed customer service, no reply. Had a chat on their website and was informed order is at the store ready for collection! Rang the store and was informed it's not there! Advised to keep ringing checking!!!! How awful! They were quick to take money from PayPal account but can't deliver the goods!! Never ever again!

Ordered sand and water table for next day delivery, waited in all day no email or call to say wouldn't be coming, rang up to cancel as too late for my grandsons birthday. Next day got an email to say item on way so rang again to cancel, still item turned up and was told would have to wait 14 days for refund, shocking service no help on phone or live chat avoid company really bad customer service

Absolutely shocking service. Made an order, phoned up to cancel same day. Told this had been actioned. Came home at lunch to find a massive climbing frame with bits missing delivered to my door. Spoke to wife, she signed without being told what it was for, delivery guy refused to carry into house. Wife pregnant. AVOID AVOID AVOID ESPECIALLY IF PREGNANT OR HAVE PROBLEMS MOVING THINGS
