Very helpful and friendly

I ordered 2 fence posts for a small garden project from B&Q and they were supplied by Snowdon Timber. Being based in Wales, I was surprised that they arrived in only a couple of days but unfortunately the delivery company (not Snowdon's fault) did not pack them properly and one had badly split so could not be used. I emailed Snowdon's with the problem and they sent me not one, but two new replacement posts immediately. The staff were friendly, apologetic and resolved the issue quickly without quibble. A very good company who look after their customers. Product is also very good quality.

The website is easy to use and clear as to what you are buying. I had no issues buying what I needed. My order turned up quickly and I got some notifications of it being shipped.
