I found the there was no hard sell, as with one company I had spoken to. the conversation was pleasant and helpful and I came to the conclusion this was simple and easy and friendly and the contract was set out just as it was stated over the phone.

A VERY DIFFERENT REVIEW FROM THE ONE I WROTE IN 2020 ( NOT FOR PROFIT FUNERALS ) HAS NOW GONE BUST - WITH PEOPLE LOSING THOUSANDS - MY HEART GOES OUT TO EACH OF THEM - MY SISTER BEING ONE OF THE MANY WHO HAS LOST OUT - I AM JUST HOPING AND PRAYING THE INDIVIDUAL WHO STARTED THIS COMPANY - IS NOT SETTING UP ANOTHER COMPANY ANYTIME SOON !!

Having looked at several funeral plans and what they offered, I came to the conclusion that NFPFP offered the best value for money plan. The application process was very straight forward and the service received was first class. I can highly recommend this Company.

I can only comment on the purchase of this plan; others will have to say how it comes to fruition! The staff I dealt with were open and friendly, without being pushy and gave a personal service, although being very competitively priced. In spite of this the process of setting it up was very straight forward.

Very easy to use communications were good phoning twice checking to see if certificate had arrived definitely would recommend to my friends

Very helpful.got a very favourable quote when other companies dithered,also contacted me after sale and made minor adjustments to contract. Could not ask for or expect better service. Hope the funeral directors are as efficient.!!

Excellent service - no hard sell which would have put me off straight away. Paul was excellent during our phone calls. All my questions were answered and nothing was too much bother for him. No frills which is exactly what I wanted, very simple to understand and the price is right!

Asking questions, confirming requirements and setting up the Plans was very easy and without hassle. Making the very acceptable payments was simple and our Plans arrived quickly in the post. Hopefully we will not use them for a while. I am recommending "Not for profit" plans to our friends.
