I initiated my enquiry with Which Funeral Plans Ltd on 4th August and by 19th August I had my plan and was very happy with the price. I made enquires on-line with 4 other companies which proved to be a big mistake as my phone went constantly, day and evening, for about 3-weeks after this! I had asked Which Funeral Plans to make all contact by email, which they did until it was time to talk. I was very happy with their service and am happy to recommend them. I am also now in receipt of the official paperwork - good service!

I contacted funeral plans to seek comparisons of the different plans available on the market. They responded in a professional manner and Paul was very knowledgeable in both giving the necessary details and in answering my queries. He was able to offer a range of plans and his thoughts and views were valuable in helping me make the right choice. Several of the plans had advantages and disadvantages but the one to suit my needs was provided with support form Paul without being too intrusive or aggressive in a sales pitch.
